This week has been kind of hard for me. Saying good-bye to clients, working to transition new therapists in and transition myself out. It’s taken an emotional toll.

Because of that, I’ve been trying to take care of myself a little more. To take my favorite small moments, savor them, and use them to re-fill my proverbial “emotional cup.”
